1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

We provide the following services:

• Game development and publishing
• Art and design consultation
• Monetization and payment solutions
• IP and royalty management
• IT project management
• Financial and IT consulting

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees are due as specified in the service agreement
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (EUR, USD, CNY)
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners
• New intellectual property created during the project will be assigned according to the service agreement
• We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in the agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
